For children under 2 - when applying Myscar silicone it is always important to follow the instructions, for example build up wearing time. Start with a few hours a days and then gradually build up to 12-24hrs. Sometimes young skin requires more time to adjust to the silicone. You may find that when you remove the silicone there is a slight rash (like when you remove an ordinary plaster). It should cause no discomfort, it might just look like a light rash and will go away quite quickly. This is just their skin adjusting.
